Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Operational Terms

By booking or engaging RZ Movers Qatar for residential moving, commercial relocation, furniture delivery, or heavy equipment hauling, you acknowledge and agree to these standard operational conditions.

2. Scope of Services & Booking Confirmation

All service schedules are coordinated directly via our telephone dispatch desk (+974 7022 1192) or confirmed written communication. Services are confirmed upon mutual agreement regarding pickup and drop-off addresses, vehicle type, and estimated cargo volume.

3. Quotations & Scope Adjustments

Price estimates provided are based strictly on the inventory list, accessibility conditions (stairs vs. service elevators), and destination details provided by the customer. Any material additions to the inventory, multi-stop variations, or prolonged waiting times not previously disclosed may result in an updated operational quote.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and timely execution, customers agree to:

• Secure necessary building management, compound, or gated community access permits and elevator bookings prior to crew arrival.
• Separate and personal carry all cash, jewelry, original personal passports, and critical legal documentation.
• Disclose any fragile, sensitive electronic, or high-value items requiring specialized padding or upright transportation.
• Strictly avoid consigning prohibited, hazardous, flammable, or explosive substances.

5. External Factors & Transit Delays

While RZ Movers Qatar takes every reasonable measure to arrive on schedule, we cannot be held liable for transit delays caused by severe sandstorms, heavy rainfall, municipal road closures, port marshaling curfews, or unforeseen vehicular traffic disruptions across Qatar's major highways.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising in connection with transport services will be submitted to the competent courts of Qatar.
